All participants are referred from the Southern Nevada coordinated entry system. Community Connect case managers cannot provide services without this referral. A crucial program designed to transition homeless individuals or families to stable permanent housing. The goal is to provide our Neighbors in Need with wrap around services as they strive to rebuild their lives and become self-sufficient.
Community Connect case managers will offer individualized client-centered case management to individuals, families, and those who need resources for sustainable permanent housing. Our aim is to help reduce our clients' imminent risk of returning to homelessness. All services range from meeting individuals' immediate needs to long term goal attainment.
English Connect brings together English language learners, instructors, and volunteers to create an English learning program for all.
