ABOUT OUR FOOD PROGRAMS
At The Just One Project, we recognize that access to nutritious food is fundamental to individual and community well-being. Our Food For All initiative encompasses a variety of programs designed to alleviate food insecurity across Southern Nevada. By providing fresh groceries, prepared meals, and mobile markets, we ensure that individuals and families have reliable access to the nourishment they need to thrive.
Food For All
Through Food For All, we provide comprehensive food assistance programs tailored to meet diverse community needs. Our programs include no-cost community markets, mobile food pantries, and meal delivery services, all aimed at reducing hunger and promoting health. By addressing immediate nutritional needs, we lay the foundation for individuals and families to pursue stability and self-sufficiency. Together, we’re building a stronger, healthier, and more connected Southern Nevada.
Las Vegas Food Pantry
No-Cost Community Market
Our market provides free groceries to families and individuals facing food insecurity. Open five days a week, it offers a wide selection of colorful and nutritious food items.
Mobile Food Pantry
Pop Up & Give Mobile Market
Bringing food directly to underserved neighborhoods, our mobile pantry reaches those who cannot access our main location. This program connects the community and creates awareness around food insecurity.
Grocery & Prepared Meal Deliveries
Home Deliveries
Home Deliveries are designed to bring nutritious meals and essential groceries directly to the doors of those who need them most. This program ensures that clients receive the nourishment they need to maintain their health and well-being.
Food Is Medicine
Food Is Medicine Farmers Market
Food is medicine and is crucial in maintaining good health and preventing and managing diseases. Through fresh groceries and invaluable nutrition education, this farmers market event creates awareness for the benefits of a well-balanced and healthy diet.
Food Rescue
Food Rescue Alliance
Reducing food waste on the Las Vegas Strip, this program recovers food that would otherwise go to waste. Our team then serves ready-to-eat meals directly to our clients and receiving partners who join us to help combat food insecurity.
Affordable Mobile Pantry
Groceries On The Go
This affordable mobile market goes into identified food-desert and low-access locations to offer neighborhood residents the opportunity to shop for fresh and healthy groceries. At our cost, we stock our grocery store on wheels to offer reasonably priced fruits, veggies, dairy, proteins, and more.
Senior Hunger
Senior Nutrition & Wellness
The Just One Project provides eligible clients over 60 years old with nutritious pantry essentials every month. This is a USDA program and is administered by the Nevada Department of Agriculture, Division of Food & Nutrition.
More Than Just Groceries
At The Just One Project, food is just the beginning. Through Community Connect, we provide housing support, workforce development, and vital services that empower individuals and families to build brighter futures.
