Arielle Edwards is a seasoned Community and Government Affairs professional with over a decade of experience spanning political campaigns, nonprofit advocacy, and public-private sector relations. She currently serves as the Community Affairs Manager at R&R Partners, where she oversees community engagement strategies for high-stakes clients and drives initiatives that build lasting civic and stakeholder partnerships.
Prior to joining R&R, Arielle served as Director of Government Relations at Nevada HAND, Nevada’s largest non-profit affordable housing developer, where she advanced policy and funding strategies for large-scale housing developments serving low-income families and seniors. Her public-sector experience also includes her role as a Government Affairs Specialist for the City of North Las Vegas, where she supported legislative priorities and intergovernmental relations.
Arielle’s early career includes work on a U.S. presidential campaign and with national political organizations and elected leaders, where she supported advocacy efforts, coalition-building, and community organizing on key policy issues. She also served as a Legislative Assistant during Nevada’s 80th Legislative Session, contributing to the passage of key legislation under the leadership of a state senator. Most recently, she served on the board of Emerge Nevada, a nonprofit dedicated to increasing the number of women from diverse backgrounds in public office through recruitment, training, and strategic guidance.
In 2023, Arielle received congressional recognition for advancing equity and civic leadership as a recipient of the Black History Month: Advancing the Dream Award.
Born and raised in Las Vegas, Arielle holds a Bachelor of Science from Oral Roberts University, underscoring her lifelong commitment to service, community, and purpose-driven collaboration.
