Since joining the company in 2013, he has played a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, cultivating strong teams, and fostering a positive company culture. In his current position, Jon oversees operations, leads the studio’s data function, and serves as a key strategic voice in game development, licensing, and product decisions to drive revenue for a highly successful slot game studio. His leadership has been integral to the studio’s growth and continued innovation in a competitive industry.
Prior to Aristocrat, Jon gained valuable experience in the pharmaceutical industry and at a leading public/private consulting firm, equipping him with a broad skill set in leadership, strategic planning, and cross-industry insight. Passionate about mentorship and team development, Jon is dedicated to shaping high-performing, collaborative environments. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Seton Hall University. Originally from New Jersey, Jon moved to Las Vegas in 2013, where he enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife and three children.
