Matt serves as the Regional President of Sysco’s Desert Region, overseeing operations across all of Arizona and the Las Vegas area. With over 28 years of experience in the food services industry, he has cultivated extensive leadership expertise, including roles at Frito-Lay and PepsiCo earlier in his career. In his current role, Matt holds full profit and loss responsibility, dedicating his efforts to strategic people development, operational excellence, and enhancing the customer experience. He leads a team of more than 900 colleagues, serving a diverse customer base of over 8,200 businesses. Outside of work, Matt values quality time with his family and friends, often enjoying outdoor activities and traveling to new destinations.
