Jon Bunker is an International Advisor for Optum in the UK and previously served as the Optum Mountain West Regional President. He has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Jon previously served as the Chief Executive Officer during the transition to UnitedHealthcare from Sierra Health Services, where he held the positions of President and Chief Operating Officer from 2000 to 2008. He was President of the Western region for Sierra Health Services, Inc. subsidiaries from 1996 to 2000, which included Health Plan of Nevada, Sierra Health and Life, Med One, Primary Health Holdings Inc., M.E.G.A Inc, and Elias Grahem, Ltd. A native to Nevada, Jon has served his community in many capacities over the years. He was Chairman of the Boy Scout Chemeguevi District from 2006 to 2009, a board member of the Boys and Girls Club, and Trustee of Sierra Community Healthcare Foundation.
Dan is an experienced attorney and counselor who has been practicing law in southern Nevada for over 15 years. He serves as Deputy City Attorney for the City of North Las Vegas and uses his skills and experience to advise and protect the City in all manner of civil legal affairs, including litigation, transactions, labor/employment issues
Dan is an experienced attorney and counselor who has been practicing law in southern Nevada for over 15 years. He serves as Deputy City Attorney for the City of North Las Vegas and uses his skills and experience to advise and protect the City in all manner of civil legal affairs, including litigation, transactions, labor/employment issues, code enforcement, business licensing, and other issues facing the City. Prior to joining the City, Dan was a commercial litigator for several of Nevada's oldest and largest law firms. Dan serves as Secretary to The Just One Project where he helps the organization maintain compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements. He also provides advice and counsel to the Board and is responsible for record keeping.
Sarah is a certified public accountant and holds a Masters Degree in Accountancy from the University of New Mexico, in Albuquerque. She has over 15 years of accounting and finance experience, and is currently the Managing Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Allegiant Travel Company, where she has been since 2011. Brian has been with Sysco Foods for over 20 years, working his way up from a marketing associate to Region President. He’s managed Sysco operating companies in Boise, Las Vegas and Phoenix. He’s been in food service for over 30 years and in 1990 graduated from the Culinary Institute of America located in Hyde Park, New York. Brian grew up in NW Montana where he enjoyed the outdoors so when not working Brian is probably out riding his mountain bike and hiking up mountains or trail running with his wife and dogs.

Archie has been in the human services field since 1997 and part of the nonprofit, New Vista since 2005. He serves as its Executive Director since 2014. Archie has worked with troubled youth/teens, mental health, and people who have intellectual/developmental disabilities. The majority of his career has been working with IDD/MH individuals

Archie is an Army Veteran, PSI-Seminars Graduate, active Prince Hall Mason since 1994, and Shriner, since 1995 as well as a Community Activist and Organizer. Archie has led and implemented volunteer programs throughout the Las Vegas community.

Prior to the City, Dorian worked as the Program Director of Three Square Food Bank, where she implemented one of Three Square’s newest school catering entities, which has become a social enterprise for the food bank.
Brooke Neubauer, CEO and founder of The Just One Project, is a life-long Las Vegan, wife, mother, business owner, and advocate. In 2009, Brooke was introduced to giving back and making a difference through a friend. That holiday season they adopted a child to give gifts for Christmas. The impact it made touched her heart and she was changed forever. Brooke believes that it takes just one person to make a difference and she wanted to inspire others to join her mission of making an impact in the community and in the lives of others.
Since founding The Just One Project in 2014, it has become one of the fastest-growing nonprofit organizations in southern Nevada because of the support of our community partners and volunteers. The Just One Project’s mission is to connect the community through giving back. Through its mission, The Just One Project successfully connects over 20,000 people every month.
Casey Flair joined The Just One Project in December 2020 as the Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Flair works in close and continuous collaboration with the CEO to oversee all operational and administrative functions for the organization. He drives The Just One Project’s organizational goals, strategic and annual plans and leads a variety of initiatives to achieve the nonprofit’s mission, all while creating a financially sustainable model for long-term operations.
With over a decade of experience working in various leadership positions, Flair has always strived to lead a purpose-driven career, as evident in his long roster of professional, and charitable accomplishments. Before joining The Just One Project, he was the Director of Employee Engagement for Hakkasan Group Inspires, a division of the global nightlife and hospitality empire, Hakkasan Group. There, Flair developed and implemented scalable operations for the new philanthropy business unit and managed all company-wide
initiatives and volunteer activations globally, including events in 24 major cities worldwide and the building of three international schools. Flair’s impressive career in the nonprofit space also include former positions as Director of Operations for the Goodie Two Shoes Foundation between 2014 and 2018 where he planned and executed nearly 100 special and fundraising events across the Las Vegas valley. He also served in various roles with After School All-Stars Las Vegas between 2011 and 2013, including Director of Development and Program Director.
