Time: 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM

Potential clients will be able to meet with Nevada Legal Services staff to complete an intake application and request free legal assistance for the following:

Housing & Tenant Rights

• Eviction issues

• Poor living conditions

• Security deposit disputes

• Issues with subsidized housing programs

Public Benefits

• Unemployment benefit denial, termination, or overpayment

• Social Security denial, termination, or overpayment

• Accessing Veterans Benefits

Consumer Law

• Bankruptcy

• Debt collection issues

• Wrongful auto repossessions

Record Sealing (Nevada only)

• Criminal record sealing (must not have any open cases or warrants)

• Eviction record sealing

Other Legal Services

• Legal name changes

• Family law (divorce, custody, child support, adoption)

• Probate (distributing property and assets after a death)

• Wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives

• Guardianship

Eligibility restrictions apply. All requests for representation are subject to case acceptance review. We will provide legal information and resources during intake to the extent we are able.
