Monica Ford is a community strategist, infrastructure builder, and trusted advisor with more than two decades of leadership across Southern Nevada. She is the Founder and Principal Consultant of M3 Strategies LLC and serves as Superintendent of Rainbow Dreams Early Learning Academy in the Historic Westside.
Her work is grounded in strengthening community and walking alongside families by addressing the full spectrum of barriers they face. She provides executive-level HR and business operations oversight across multiple industries, helping organizations align people, systems, and purpose to transform systems into pathways of opportunity and deliver meaningful, sustainable impact.
At her core, Monica is a connector, a builder, and an advocate. She operates at the intersection of strategy, service, and community, ensuring that systems work for people and not the other way around.
She previously served as President and CEO of Nevada Partners and continues to support its mission as a trusted advisor.
