Youth Case Management

While families often receive essential support, young people face unique challenges that require dedicated guidance and individualized attention. The Just One Project’s Youth Services program provides focused, one-on-one support for young people ages 15–24, equipping them with the tools, confidence, and resources needed to navigate critical life transitions and build a strong foundation for adulthood.

Through a youth-centered, strengths-based approach, we meet young people where they are  recognizing their potential while addressing the barriers that may stand in their way. Services are tailored to each individual’s goals, needs, and aspirations, with an intentional focus on stability, life skills development, education and career pathways, and long-term self-sufficiency.

Our goal is not only to support youth in overcoming immediate challenges, but to empower them to thrive, lead, and shape their own futures with confidence and resilience.
