About Our Programs

At The Just One Project, we provide more than just groceries. Our direct grocery assistance programs, coupled with expert case management, help alleviate the stress of tough choices (such as choosing between groceries or utilities) faced by families. By connecting clients with crucial resources, including housing and self-development programs, our dedicated team works to help break the cycle of food insecurity in Southern Nevada.

Food For All

The Just One Project's food assistance programs ensure that no one in our community goes hungry. We operate a variety of initiatives to distribute food to those in need:

No-Cost Community Market

Our market provides free groceries to families and individuals facing food insecurity. Open five days a week, it offers a wide selection of colorful and nutritious food items.

Pop Up & Give Mobile Market

Bringing food directly to underserved neighborhoods, our mobile pantry reaches those who cannot access our main location. This program connects the community and creates awareness around food insecurity.

Grocery & Prepared Meal Deliveries

Home Deliveries

Home Deliveries are designed to bring nutritious meals and essential groceries directly to the doors of those who need them most. This program ensures that clients receive the nourishment they need to maintain their health and well-being.

Food Is Medicine

Food Is Medicine Farmers Market

Food is medicine and is crucial in maintaining good health and preventing and managing diseases. Through fresh groceries and invaluable nutrition education, this farmers market event creates awareness for the benefits of a well-balanced and healthy diet.

Food Rescue

Food Rescue Alliance

Reducing food waste on the Las Vegas Strip, this program recovers food that would otherwise go to waste. Our team then serves ready-to-eat meals directly to our clients and receiving partners who join us to help combat food insecurity.

Affordable Mobile Pantry

Groceries On The Go

This affordable mobile market goes into identified food-desert and low-access locations to offer neighborhood residents the opportunity to shop for fresh and healthy groceries. At our cost, we stock our grocery store on wheels to offer reasonably priced fruits, veggies, dairy, proteins, and more.

Senior Hunger

Senior Nutrition & Wellness

The Just One Project provides eligible clients over 60 years old with nutritious pantry essentials every month. This is a USDA program and is administered by the Nevada Department of Agriculture, Division of Food & Nutrition.
